Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1.1 Issuer: Zippy gift cards are issued by Zippy and can be redeemed for services offered through zippydoes.com and the Zippy mobile application.

1.2 Digital Format: All Zippy gift cards are digital/virtual gift cards delivered via email. At this time, Zippy does not offer physical gift cards. The gift card code will be sent electronically to the recipient's email address.

1.3 Acceptance: By purchasing a gift card, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions on behalf of themselves and the gift card recipient.

2.1 Final Sale: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a gift card has been purchased, the transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.

2.2 Payment: Payment for gift cards must be made at the time of purchase using a valid payment method. Gift cards cannot be purchased with other gift cards.

2.3 Minimum and Maximum: Gift cards can be purchased in amounts ranging from $10.00 to $1,000.00 USD.

3.1 Service Only: Gift cards are redeemable only for Zippy services and applicable sales tax. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

3.2 No Cash Value: Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, check, or credit except where required by law.

3.3 Partial Redemption: Gift cards may be used for multiple transactions until the balance is fully depleted. Any remaining balance after a transaction stays on the card.

3.4 Platform: Gift cards can only be redeemed through zippydoes.com and the Zippy mobile application. They cannot be used for services booked through other channels.

3.5 Service Coverage: Gift cards can be applied to the cost of services and any applicable sales tax charged at the time of service.

4.1 No Expiration: Zippy gift cards do not expire. The full balance remains available for use indefinitely.

4.2 No Fees: We do not charge dormancy fees, maintenance fees, or service fees on gift card balances.

5.1 Balance Inquiry: Gift card balances can be checked at any time by visiting zippydoes.com/gift-cards/check-balance and entering your gift card code.

5.2 Transaction History: Recipients can view their gift card transaction history through their Zippy account or by contacting customer support.

6.1 No Replacement: Zippy is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed gift cards. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.

6.2 Unauthorized Use: Zippy is not liable for unauthorized or fraudulent use of gift cards. Treat your gift card code like cash.

6.3 Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your gift card code. Do not share your code with anyone you do not trust. Important: Zippy will never contact you asking for your gift card code. If someone contacts you claiming to be from Zippy and requests your gift card code, it is a scam. Please report such incidents to our customer support immediately.

7.1 No Exchanges or Transfers: Gift cards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold except to the extent required by law.

7.2 No Modification: The terms and value of a gift card cannot be modified after purchase.

7.3 Combination: Multiple gift cards can be used together for a single transaction. Gift cards can also be combined with other payment methods.

7.4 Geographic Limitations: Gift cards are valid only for services provided within Zippy's service area.

8.1 Fraudulent Activity: Zippy reserves the right to void any gift card suspected of fraudulent activity or obtained through unauthorized means.

8.2 Investigation: We may suspend or cancel gift cards pending investigation of suspicious activity.

8.3 Legal Action: Zippy reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals engaging in gift card fraud.

9.1 Terms Updates: Zippy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

9.2 Existing Balances: Changes to terms will not affect the redemption value of existing gift card balances.

Gift cards are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zippy does not warrant that gift card services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zippy's liability for any claim related to gift cards shall not exceed the remaining balance on the gift card at issue.
