Progress Saving (Local Storage)

To improve your experience, we temporarily store your quote and booking information on your device using browser local storage. This allows you to resume your quote if you get interrupted or close your browser.

Information stored locally includes:

  • Property address and analysis
  • Selected services and preferences
  • Contact information (name, email, phone) when entered
  • Booking details (date, time, special instructions) when entered

Important: This data stays on YOUR device only and is not transmitted to our servers until you complete your booking. It automatically expires after 7 days and can be cleared anytime by clearing your browser data.

Important: We do not currently use analytics tools to track your browsing behavior, pages visited, time spent on pages, or referring websites. We respect your privacy and only collect what's necessary to provide our services.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services:

  • Google Maps: Property location data, geocoding information
  • Stripe: Payment processing status, fraud detection signals
