What is the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers the living areas: surfaces, floors, bathrooms, dusting, beds, and trash. A deep clean adds doors and frames, interior windows and coverings, baseboards, and the oven and refrigerator interiors. Move in/out adds cabinet interiors and crown moulding for an empty home.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can leave entry instructions (a door code, lockbox, or a time to meet) in your booking and your Pro can message you through Zippy. The one rule: a child cannot be home alone with a Pro — if anyone is home during the visit, an adult (18+) must be present. You can also name a property contact (a family member, tenant, or sitter) who handles the visit for you.
Who does the cleaning?
Local, independent Zippy Pros. Every Pro completes identity verification before approval, and Pros are rated and reviewed by real customers. When you book, the job is posted to Pros who offer house cleaning in your area and one of them claims it.
